WWE 2K23 is almost officially out, and publisher 2K Games recently released a new trailer. The clip features a number of notable wrestling superstars, from John Cena and Austin Theory to Roman Reigns and Triple H, along with some gameplay clips.
While the game officially launches worldwide for all players on March 17, WWE 2K23 is available early for Icon Edition owners. This year’s edition features over 170 playable Superstars, with the Season Pass and more to be added in the coming months.
Some new features of MyGM mode have been revealed in WWE 2K23, the mode is in the game to include new playable characters, we have Xavier Woods, Tyler Breeze, Eric Bischoff and Kurt Angle for example. WCW and NXT 2.0 are also testable brands in this game mode.
The WarGames mode is also new, pitting players against each other in 3v3 and 4v4 matches in a private arena surrounded by a massive cage. The demo above focuses on John Cena’s career, but from the perspective of 20 of his opponents, the MyRISE mode presents a new story. WWE 2K23 launches on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC.
