Saga Anderson is the newest character in the world of Alan Wake 2, where the detective will be playable alongside main character Alan Wake, and we recently received a new gameplay trailer that focuses on the character and his Mind Place.

In Alan Wake 2, each character will have a separate area called the Mind Place. This is a section of the character's mind that the player enters to reorganize things, review files, and so on. Saga Andersen's mind section will review the evidence collected by that character as a detective.

The development team at Remedy Studio has released a short demo showing us how to play Mind Place for the character Saga Andersen, as seen below, as she examines the evidence she collects and more. Also note the smooth path out of the mind zone and back to reality, much easier than in the first part.

The first game's creative director and writer, Sam Lake, also revealed that between each project the studio worked on, they created a new concept for the game. He stated that it was very frustrating, but clearly, the numerous plans and concepts eventually led the project to safety.

"Sam" believes that what the studio has achieved so far is the best and most interesting form, as well as its greatest ambition of all. The director also mentioned that he is happy with the studio's arrival. We will play the game "Alan Wake 2," as mentioned, with two heroes: "Alan" himself and "Saga Anderson," who works as an FBI agent investigating a supernatural case.

This survival horror title will launch on October 17th on current-gen platforms and PC. The story will be over 20 hours long, and the game offers great replay value.
