Publisher Bandai Namco has revealed that The Elden Ring has sold over 17.5 million copies worldwide. These numbers were achieved by the game since its release earlier this year until the end of last September.

These figures were revealed during a Q&A with investors within the company. With Elden Ring having sold over 17.5 million copies globally, it has earned the title of the fastest game to reach over 10 million copies in sales this year among other competing games.

Imagine that the game sold a million copies in three months, since its sales last June were 16.5 million copies. This was the goal of the president of Bandai Namco when he stated that he wanted to introduce the game into the home of every gamer, or as mentioned by Eurogamer.
