Ubisoft has revealed the first artistic images of Splinter Cell Remake, through a video released on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the espionage game series.

The new images do not necessarily reflect the visual appearance of the game, as they are artistic images and are not real images from within the game, but they show some scenes that the game could have in the improved version.

It is worth mentioning that Ubisoft has announced that it is currently working on developing a new version of its famous graphics engine, SnowDrop, to be used in the development of many future titles, the most important being Splinter Cell Remake.

The announcement was made via Ubisoft's official account at Twitterwhere he revealed the studios that will develop the SnowDrop engine in its new version, namely Ubisoft Winniebig Studio and Ubisoft Massive Studio.

As for Zavian Portersaid the assistant director of design.

Our goal is to create this new version to the highest standard and improve the quality as much as possible, and this should help us lay a good foundation for the series in the future.
