We've been working on a new Skate from developers EA for several years now, and there's still no word on how long it might take a developer to finish their game, but just as Motive Studio did with Dead Space in its new remake in the run-up to the remake's release, developer Full Circle has done pretty much the same with early development footage being shared on the title in recent times.
A new trailer was recently released showcasing several screenshots of the game, which is still in Skate's pre-alpha stage due to ongoing internal testing. As we've seen from previous renders, these are early development shots, meaning they're a long way from the final product, especially when it comes to visuals.
The new presentation offers several glimpses of the game's overall look, showcasing the movement style and physics that are among the most important elements in a skateboarding game.
Skate is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Full Circle and EA previously confirmed that the game will be released as a free-to-play title with microtransactions. This doesn't mean that money will win the game, but it will be used for cosmetic items like clothing and other items.
