Amidst the suspense and excitement we experienced with Joel Wiley in the previous episode, HBO shared a preview of episode 6 of The Last of Us.

In the last episode, we saw how the two heroes met during their adventure with Henry and his brother Sam, and we saw how that encounter ended. And yes, we saw for the first time large groups of "Transformers" meeting a lavish human lunch. However, it looks like the next episode will be more interesting and exciting.

The Last of Us Series, Episode 6

In the teaser for the next episode, which you can check out below, Joel and Ellie will move to a new town, and this time, the town of "Jackson" will welcome them. Of course, you'll recognize it by its wooden buildings, snowy atmosphere, and, above all, the yellow light decorations. Do you remember this scene from the second part of the game?

The video shows us a snapshot of Joel's reunion with his younger brother, Tommy. Yes, they will finally meet. However, it seems the exciting events won't be confronted by the Transformers this time, but rather by confronting our loved ones. That's what we heard when we heard the voice of "Maria," who is considered a close friend of Joel and Ellie, as she is the president of the town of Jackson. We hear her voice as she tries to counsel Ellie, telling her:

The only people who can betray us are those we trust.

If we want to relate the events of the sixth episode with the events of the game, this will quickly take us to the second part, but it seems that there are parallel events that will take place in the corridors of the city of Jackson, the most important thing is to know more about Joel's past, much of which will be revealed throughout this episode, which is what becomes clear to us from the conversation that took place between the two brothers.

When the dialogue begins Joel says: Tommy, these things you judge me for, you did these things to keep us alive. Tommy replied: We did these things, and there were no things. We killed people.

It seems that Joel has a lot about his past that he is still hiding from Ellie, but it remains to be seen how events will unfold and how they will affect their relationship.

Episode 6 of The Last of Us will air at its usual time, early Monday morning, February 20, at 5 a.m. Mecca time.
