Far Cry 7 leaks have started to spread across the internet, after multiple sources confirmed that it was in development. A new source claims that Ubisoft has delayed the game's reveal after it was originally scheduled to appear this June.
Last week, Insider Gaming, which has its own sources, confirmed that Far Cry 7 is in early development. And now a new source from Comic Book is getting back to us to say that the game's reveal has been delayed slightly from what was originally scheduled.
We know that Ubisoft's system with the series requires the release of a new installment every 3 years. And since the aforementioned source confirmed that the game will be released during the next year of 2024, this could mean that their leaks are correct.
The company was originally planning to reveal the game at the upcoming E3 expo, as it had already confirmed its presence in the upcoming release. But instead, Ubisoft chose this fall to reveal and announce the game. We also learned that the next installment in the series will focus heavily on online elements.
Ubisoft has been facing serious problems recently, as it announced the cancellation of many projects and stopped supporting many games that were recently released on the market. However, it explained the reason for these delays and cancellations by saying that it wanted to make room for bigger titles that would come in the future.
In other news, the company has confirmed that its upcoming game Skull & Bones has an updated version that has yet to be reviewed. For more details, you can visit this link.
