Our pyramids await the return of the thrilling and bloody sci-fi adventure Dead Space Remake, set in the heart of space with the engineer hero Isaac Clarke, in a rebuilt version in the form of a remake, and is now available to players.
The hero of the original three parts, mechanical engineer Isaac Clarke or Isaac Clarke, who is considered one of the icons of the series, returned again to begin his dark and mysterious adventure towards the ship “USG Ishimura”, where he will go there with a crew to fulfill the task of repairing the station's communication system. . And meet his girlfriend, Nicole.
As you and the crew of the USG Kellion set out on a mission to repair the massive mining ship Ishimura, you’ll discover that carnage is taking place within the station. Most of the ill-fated ship’s crew have been killed, your friend Nicole is missing somewhere on the ship, and you’ll encounter some of the few remaining survivors.
You will set out alone, armed with your tools and engineering skills, to find Nicole, as the mysterious and terrifying question of what happened on the ship begins due to the “Marker” that was acquired, and because of this, you will be surrounded by a group of hostile creatures and you will engage in a bloody battle with them for survival.
The "Marker" is said to have been the cause of the existence of Necromorph creatures that were originally human, as electromagnetic waves are sent over great distances that cause hallucinations and delusions in the living, and at the same time revive the dead to become predatory monsters that are not affected by fire. The greed of a group of people made them try to tamper with this phenomenon 3 centuries after researchers abandoned their study.
Researchers discovered that the electromagnetic fields sent out by the Marker cause living people to go mad and hallucinate, and also cause the dead to be reanimated as creatures called necromorphs. The project was canceled and everything about it abandoned, with the Marker website hidden so that no one would get hurt.
Since the original game was released several years ago, many players are fully aware of the story content and main events of the game, as well as the way to play, and this despite the small modifications and additions that have occurred and made it better than the last part, we will focus in the rest of this review only on the most important positive and negative points for the new version of the game.
“Dead Space Remake Review and Rating”
Positives
- A classic story that has become deeper in many ways than the original version, and the development team has been very successful in directing it.
- Fun and exciting puzzles and quests that you will find inside the Ishimura ship and they are not that complicated.
- The game's graphics are incredible and very cool, especially the add-ons and reflections system, and reflect the power of the new generation and Frostbite engine.
- The overall design of the surroundings is still distinct with the addition of an endless amount of detail. So much so that you will see “scratches” on the walls and writings from random people.
- Lack of repetition In the main missions, one of the ways to kill the bosses was very special.
- There are a lot of dialogues within the game unlike the original part, and the voice acting of the hero of the story was very convincing to me, and why not he is the original voice actor of the original parts 2 and 3.
- A bunch of interesting cinematic scenes and new dialogues have been added in this version.
- The dubbing of the other characters is very good.
- The 3D effects and sounds around you have been greatly enhanced to give a deeper sense of fear, anxiety, anticipation and a sci-fi atmosphere.
- The combat and shooting mechanics are quite elaborate.
- The diversity of weapons reaches seven weapons suitable for every situation, and each one has two methods of use, firing and developing as well.
- The character and costume development system still remains elegant and refined.
- Considerable number of hours of gameplay up to about 18 hours to complete all tasks.
Negatives
- Some miscellaneous technical errors.
- Repeating enemies is sometimes annoying.
- Side quests are very simple and do not affect the course of events.
- No dodge option when at zero distance to enemies.
- A slight change to the characters from the original version of A Suspicious Agenda, although it did not significantly affect the story.
- Does not fully support Arabic language.
- Overpriced game on home consoles.
Final classification – 9
