Chinese development team 17ZHE Studio has revisited its long-announced upcoming project, Project The Perceiver. They've also presented us with a thrilling new video that spans over 45 minutes, covering every aspect and detail of the game.

Project The Perceiver's new video focused on the gameplay, gear, and weapons players will use in the game's vast world. It also explores stage design, abilities, upgrades, and more.

So far, the game is intended to be released on PlayStation devices for current and previous generations, but the developer has promised to release it on other platforms, but unfortunately, there is no release date yet.

The game is set during the Tianhu period of the Xuantang Dynasty, where a strange entity is discovered in the countryside. This entity's attributes were its strange color and indescribable shape. To dispel people's fear, you must begin to dissuade this entity.

Furthermore, the gameplay appears to be very similar to Nioh and other well-known Chinese titles. Unfortunately, a release date for this title hasn't been announced, but we already know that next year is the year for games set in Asian eras.

According to the initial teaser, Project The Perceiver will explore a conflict of beliefs in a chaotic fantasy world. You'll encounter many characters, including the Masters of the Varietas. Convinced that you're the only way out of the "Quampire of Endless War," you'll be able to "observe all sides" and participate in the fierce battles.
