Sony continues to celebrate with PlayStation fans, this time by opening up multiplayer for free next week.
During this period, which begins next Saturday, June 22, and lasts just two days, ending at the end of Monday, June 23, this means that you will be able to play any game that supports online multiplayer on PlayStation platforms without the need to have a subscription to the PlayStation Plus service.
You will have plenty of games to enjoy during the online service’s “free play days” period, such as Helldivers 2, Call of Duty, and more.
This doesn't mean that PlayStation Plus bundles will be open to everyone, but only the party play feature will be available, while the rest of the Plus service's features will remain closed to you as long as you're not a subscriber.
Either way, if you're planning on playing with your friends early next week, this is your chance to prepare by downloading the games you want to access and sharing the group game with your friends now so you're ready to play online next Saturday.
In other news, through the PlayStation digital store for the PS5, when you access the Plus services section and then go to the Coming soon category or the games that will be coming out soon, you will discover that there are 6 games preparing to come out, which are:
- DISMANTLE game.
- Fast & Furious: Spy Racers Rise from the game SH1FT3R.
- Kingdom Two Crowns Game.
- MY LITTLE PONY: An adventure game in Maretime Bay.
- Saints Row IV re-elected.
- 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗮'𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 game.
These titles will be leaving the service on July 16, meaning players will have roughly a full month to try them out before they're gone for good.
