It seems that the arrival of the famous chat application Discord on the PlayStation 5 is just around the corner, after the first evidence was leaked through the smartphone application in the United States.
A large number of users have confirmed that they were able to monitor an invite system within the mobile app to join a voice chat on the PlayStation 5. While there is no official release or announcement regarding the start of the process of linking the Discord app and the PlayStation 5, this feature has been monitored in the Discord app on phones in the Americas.
This could be a hint that Sony is preparing to start supporting the connectivity feature and voice and text chats with the Discord app via a new update to be released for the PlayStation 5 system. Or perhaps the appearance of the link feature in the chat app in the US is that Sony could be testing the feature there.
It is worth noting that in May last year, Sony officially announced a partnership and investment with social platform Discord, in order to connect its PlayStation devices to the platform early next year.
