It looks like Montreal Games' new project has entered full production. The studio recently gave us Gotham Knights and had a companion project in development that could be revealed soon.

Gotham Knights was released last October, almost 9 years after the development team's first game, Batman: Arkham Origins. However, it seems that the studio's next game may be released with a shorter delay.

Developer Bryan Theberge, on WB Games Montreal's LinkedIn page, revealed that the studio has begun full production on its next game. The aforementioned developer of the unannounced project is serving as Senior Producer, the same position he held on Gotham Knights released two months ago.

This new project was teased a while back by a job opening for an artist to do some preliminary design. It's supposed to be AAA. At the same time, the studio is looking to hire someone who has worked with Unreal Engine and massive game engineering. This suggests that the title may also contain MMO elements.

On the other hand, their last game was released full of bugs, but now after a series of updates, it has gotten better. What are your expectations, fans, for the team’s next project? If there is a new Batman game, please share it with us below in the comments section.
