We all remember the famous mod HalkHogan, who previously announced that he would be working on the new version of The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project that visually improves the game experience.
After the release of the next-gen update, The Witcher 3 NextGen Edition, which gave us improved graphics than the original version, featuring ray tracing technology, the fate of the Reworked Project became unknown, as many fans believe it no longer holds much significance compared to the official improvements it received. The game, not counting the average time it took since the project's announcement, is still not fully completed.
Modifier HalkHogan announced through his official accounts that he continues working on the new version of the Reworked Project mod that improves the game's graphics, and which is scheduled to be released in the second quarter of 2023, and he will share with us a video showing the progress he has made.
This is despite the fact that the game developer added their modification to the PC version “next-gen update”, as the list of modifications available on the platform was as follows.
- The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project by HalkHogan
- Denroth's Reworked HD Monsters
- Immersive real-time cutscenes by teiji25
- Nitpicker patch by chuckcash
- World map fixes by Terg500
We recall that previously, modder Halk Hogan held a public poll to choose between working on the HD Reworked Project for Cyberpunk 2077 or working on the new version of The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project, with over 4,000 votes. The final result was easily resolved in favor of champion Gerald.
