As far as we know, the names of 150 people from PlayStation studios appeared in The Callisto Protocol, which has led many to believe that they directly contributed to the game's development.

Recently, after the launch of the game on new generation devices and PC, and comparing its performance on all platforms, the PlayStation 5 version was the best in terms of performance and visual power, which made many believe that Sony had a great and effective role in developing the game and improving its performance on its own platform.

Today, the director of the Callisto Protocol, Glenn Scofield He came out to put an end to this controversy and put an end to all the accusations that began to spread on the internet, indicating that Sony had no participation in the development of the game, where he said:

You can't follow every rumor on the internet, but I have to clarify: there are people from Sony in the end credits of the game because we worked with them on our cutscenes. They did not do any additional work on the game. I hope that clears up any confusion.

Scofield's statements may put to rest rumors that the reason the PlayStation 5 version of the game is superior to copies on other platforms is because Sony was involved in developing the game and tweaking it to work as needed on its platform.

The Callisto Protocol game is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC. It is worth mentioning that the game has suffered from many technical and visual issues on Microsoft devices and PC, but it recently received new updates that contributed to the resolution of some of these problems.
