The Hong Kong Massacre developer is teasing us with an insane shooter project

The developer of The Hong Kong Massacre gives us new photos every now and then of its upcoming Max Payne-style shooter, but perhaps, dear reader, you are not yet aware of it, so here are some more details.

Share the developer Vreski More gameplay footage: The game is from a first-person perspective and currently has no official title, but this is a game they've been working on for the past two years, and it's clear that the two-person studio is only drawing on the best parts of the Hong Kong Massacre while changing the perspective, of course, as the game features destructible environments, multiple weapons, and jump scenes reminiscent of Max Payne.

In the game’s final presentation, we see the hero running around in a cinematic fashion and taking out enemies through flexible movements and various weapons. The style alone has encouraged many players to try the game, as many have compared it to Max Payne with a striking take on the John Wick film series. Of course, this inspiration will be a factor in bringing players in when it officially launches.

Unfortunately, the studio isn't ready to tell us anything about the release window just yet, and it seems like they won't give any timeframe for the release until they're absolutely sure of the release date, but whatever. The game will be released for PC and we don't know if there are plans to release it on console or not, but it will be a difficult task since there are only 2 developers working on the game.
