Wild Hearts has captivated a large number of players since its reveal by EA and Koei Tecmo, and with each new trailer, the game seemed more and more like a worthy competitor to the incomparable Monster Hunter. Now, more details about the upcoming action RPG have emerged ahead of its release, which fans will be happy to hear.
On the game's community Reddit, Lewis Harvey, executive producer of Wild Hearts, confirmed in an AMA that the game will not feature any financial transactions and that all content coming to the game after launch will be free. And what exactly will follow from this? While exact details have not yet been revealed, Harvey says the plan is to add more monsters to the game after launch.
Speaking of Kemono (the name of the game's monsters), Harvey also revealed that the game will have 20 of them on the roster at launch, and not all of them will be revealed before the game's reveal. Meanwhile, in the same AMA, it was also confirmed that Wild Hearts will feature graphics modes for performance and quality on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
Wild Hearts will be released on February 17th for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Marking the game's release in a few weeks, EA Play and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will have access to a limited-time trial on February 13th.
