A few weeks ago, we were in the midst of Ubisoft's announcement of Assassin's Creed Mirage, the next installment in the popular series, set to release in 2023.
Despite the many leaks that affected the game, the French developer only then presented an interesting trailer for the game, as well as some information related to the game's world and how to play, and today we have more technical images that show the atmosphere and world of the game in the alleys of the city of Baghdad during the 9th century AD, which is considered the height of its golden age in the history of this city.
These images, which you see below, were obtained by the great artist Roman Popov, who shared them on the Artstation website dedicated to the exhibition of works of art, and it is not explained how to obtain them, but they really embody how you will see the atmosphere of the next game.
The game will be dubbed and fully subtitled in Arabic, developed under the leadership of Ubisoft, Bordeaux branch, the studio that developed the 'Rage of the Priests' expansion for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Modern gameplay that focuses on parkour, stealth and assassination.
Assassin's Creed Mirage will launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Amazon Luna, as well as Windows PC via the Epic Games and Ubisoft stores.
Assassin's Creed Codename RED is the next major title after “Assassin's Creed Mirage” and the future of the open-world RPG in the Assassin's Creed franchise. The game is in development at Ubisoft Quebec, which worked on Assassin's Creed Odyssey, with Jonathan Dumont as Creative Director.
Players will be able to explore the long-awaited setting of an Assassin's Creed: Feudal Japan game in all its shinobi splendor.
Assassin's Creed Codename HEXE is the next major title after Assassin's Creed Codename RED. The game is developed by Ubisoft, the Montreal-based subsidiary of the Assassin's Creed franchise, with Clint Hawking as Creative Director.
As for Assassin's Creed Codename INFINITY, it will connect the two projects and players through experiences from different genres, including the previously released Assassin's Creed games, and the upcoming two games, Assassin's Creed Codename Red and Assassin's Creed Codename Hexe, acting as a hub connecting the game worlds. We are also looking forward to bringing a standalone multiplayer experience to the Assassin's Creed franchise as part of INFINITY.
We also have Assassin's Creed Codename JADE Project, which is a AAA Action Adventure and RPG for mobile devices set in ancient China. Players will be able to create their own character and explore the story of the first Assassin's in China, the game will be free to play.
Finally, the Netflix Assassin’s Creed series is being produced by Ubisoft Film & Television and Netflix. It will be an epic, genre-bending series based on our blockbuster game series. And the collaboration doesn’t end there, as we’re also collaborating with Netflix to develop an Assassin’s Creed game available exclusively on the platform.
