Santa Monica Studios has officially announced the arrival of New Game+ mode for God of War Ragnarok. This mode has been requested by players since the game's launch, and we're finally getting an answer.

through your official account at Twitter. Santa Monica Studios has announced that God of War Ragnarok will receive New Game Plus in Spring 2023. This means that the stage could launch between April and June of the same year.

The team has promised to reveal more information as they get closer to the release date. The new phase will allow players to replay the game from the beginning, keeping all the costumes, skills, and other items they collected from the previous game.

In other news, the team has confirmed that they have no plans to release additional paid content for the game. This means that only 20 hours of story length will be what players will get and what will conclude the adventures of the said installment and the series in general.

The game also became the fastest-selling PlayStation exclusive, selling over 5 million copies in its first week, across just two retail outlets: the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
