New Xbox hardware aimed at developers gets review in South Korea!

With the spread of news about the PS5 Pro's specifications and leaks filling international websites, a review from the South Korean evaluation organization for new Xbox hardware aimed at developers has suddenly emerged. Is it related to the next generation or a stronger version of the current generation?
The new Xbox Development Kit for developers was first spotted and reported by Xbox News Korean, and it was approved yesterday, Monday, March 18. With the model number 2089, it is also stated that this new set of developer equipment is manufactured in China and Vietnam. Here is what the evaluation organization had to say about this equipment:
“According to Korean law, all electronic devices in Korea must be certified by the National Radio Research Agency that there is no risk of harming the radio wave environment. Without certification, you cannot use the device in Korea.”
With the agency's approval, the device can now be used in the country and "will likely be distributed to game developers in Korea soon." It remains to be seen whether this is a next-gen Xbox or the much-rumored mid-generation refresh.
