Hogwarts Legacy PC requirements have been revealed, with Portkey Games confirming frame rates for Quality Mode and Performance Mode on Xbox Series X/S and PS5. Let's take a look at some of the numbers for both platforms on paper.
As for the resolution mode, which provides the game's visual details, the mode will provide 30 frames per second at 4K resolution, while the performance mode will provide an average of 60 frames per second at a lower resolution, which will be closer to 1440p resolution according to my personal expectation. This may increase or decrease the accuracy a bit because we don't yet know the exact aiming accuracy of this mode.
For players with compatible TVs or monitors, variable frame rate is also an option on current-gen platforms. We’ll have to wait for more details and tests measuring overall performance in the coming days or weeks.
One of the biggest surprises of “Hogwarts Legacy” is that British actor “Simon Pegg” will dedicate his voice to the character “Phineas Nigellus Black”, who is the headmaster of Hogwarts at the time the events of the game take place, and his description is that he is almost the least famous in the history of Hogwarts, he says that Simon Pegg said he accepted the job mainly because of his standing among the students.
Hogwarts Legacy will be released on February 10 for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. The Xbox One and PS4 versions will arrive to players on April 4, while the Nintendo Switch version will launch on July 25.
