GTA 5 still poses a security risk to players via Social Club

The GTA 5 PC game community is aware that there is a serious security vulnerability in the multiplayer phase of GTA Online, which has caused the loss of all data or even the hacking of many user accounts.
Hours after news of the security vulnerability spread, Rockstar announced via its Twitter support account that it was aware of the serious security vulnerability in the game. It also confirmed that its experts are working on an update that will be released to fill this gap, which still seems to pose a threat to players' computers. The last update released a few days ago does not seem to have worked completely.
According to recent reports and some social media posts from players; GTA 5, in its multiplayer mode on PC, continues to pose a threat to the security of players' information by exploiting a vulnerability in Rockstar's Social Club software.
This time around, hackers have found a new way to exploit GTA Online's multiplayer. This has angered players greatly, as these hackers have reportedly compromised official Rockstar Games accounts by accessing them with the same last exploit, but apparently in a different way.
According to the allegations, Instytut user Lorenca's account has been stolen again. Despite having a very strong password and two-step verification. This means that their accounts will not be safe again until developer Rockstar pays enough attention to the game's security to protect players' data.
As I have seen, these are some examples of players who have had their Rockstar Social Club accounts hacked, removed or exploited. Like user MCbcMC2005 and user Angelic. They shared their experiences in the Grand Theft Auto Online community. According to reports, these hackers mainly aim to gain access to the account to try to sell it to unknown parties and if that fails, they remove everything.
According to reports, hackers target well-known GTA Online teams and their account holders because once they gain access, they either delete the entire team or sell the account to other bidders through illegal business.
Famous YouTuber GhillieMaster shared with us some information that hackers use a method called “social engineering” to bypass any security measures implemented by the developer to protect users.. GhillieMaster also added:
They will take your account without your knowledge even if you don't verify your email. Like I said. It bypasses any security on the account. It's a rock star support issue.
While the GTA Online community is still upset with Rockstar Games for being lazy and allowing these issues to happen again… many influencers and professionals are also calling on the developer to completely redevelop the Social Club app from the ground up. Because hackers seem to be fully aware of all the vulnerabilities in the app and possibly its source code. They always find a way to bypass Rockstar’s security measures after they’ve been patched.
