The Florida Joker is back in the news, and this time he intends to drop his lawsuit against Rockstar, but on the condition that he be present in GTA 6 to voice his supposed character. Will the company respond?
Florida Joker spent almost a whole month after the release of the first GTA 6 trailer threatening Rockstar with suing him, demanding financial compensation. However, after much thought, as he claims, he decided to walk away from all these threats, on the condition that the company hire him to represent the character that vocally resembles him in the game.
In a new video on the Tiktok platform, he posted Lawrence Sullivan Known as Florida Joker, he released a new video, in which he talks about his intention to give up suing Rockstar and Take Two in everything related to the use of his character or image in the next game, as he said in the video:
“We should talk. I’m not trying to sue you all, so I’ll give you all an extra month to meet my demands, which is to have me voice the character in Grand Theft Auto 6.”
He went on to say that he wanted the character to have a deep story in the game and not just be a passing character. He also wanted a deal that he described as “proprietary” so that both parties, himself and Rockstar, would benefit from it.
The so-called Joker ended his video by saying that he benefited the game a lot, as everyone now loved him and started looking for him and comparing him to the character that appeared in the game's trailer.
First of all, we don't know what role the character who is said to be an imitation of his appearance plays, since in the end he only appeared for a few seconds in a video that lasts approximately a minute and a half, so it is possible that the character is less than secondary, especially after the commotion caused by the Florida Joker.
Secondly, Rockstar typically doesn't respond to anyone who makes these claims and it's a character actor Arthur Morgan In Red Dead Redemption 2, Roger Clark posted a video giving advice Florida Joker By giving up on confronting Rockstar because he won't benefit.
