Finally, Sony will now let you create a gift or cashback card with your PlayStation balance and present it to your friends or even print it out.
In the past, Sony gave us the option to directly gift credit purchased through the PlayStation Store, but now through a dedicated website, you can create a greeting card or gift and then give this card that you design or even print and present it as a tangible gift to people.
There will be 5 steps that you must follow to obtain the desired balance and then gift it to the chosen person, which will be the following.
Steps to create and gift a PlayStation Credit gift card
- Purchase credit through the following official link.
- Choose a card design from the design list on the left.
- Select the card amount and enter the recharge code.
- Write a letter addressed to the person to whom the gift was given.
- Gift the card.
Once you've completed the previous steps, you'll have several options for gifting the new card, including direct delivery from your PSN account or sending it through various social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and others. You'll also have the option to collect the gift card by printing it and presenting it as a tangible gift.
Through the Saudi PlayStation website, you'll find three stores where you can purchase a PlayStation balance top-up card: the Modern Electronics Store, the Player Store, and Jarir Bookstore. You can use multiple methods to purchase, as you'll be directed directly to the PlayStation website to complete the steps.
A limited number of card designs are currently available, but we hope to expand the library to include more new and diverse designs.
For now, the feature is only available for purchasing and gifting PlayStation recharge cards, and we hope to offer the ability to gift games through the digital store in the near future.
