It will be possible to gradually increase the player's current 500 slots up to a maximum of 900 using GP points.

  • A new feature for players will be added to add skills to existing players

Since 5 additional skill slots will be added to all players in My Team, each player will be able to have a maximum of 15 player skills, and for this additional skill slot, players will be able to use the newly introduced “Skill Training Programs” to add new player skills randomly.

  • Additional items will be added to renew the player's contract and ways to obtain them

In Update 2.5.0, by unlocking 5-star players of the following player types below, users will be able to obtain a “Contract Renewal (10 Days)” along with GP points and training items.

  • Epic
  • Legendary
  • Trending
  • Emphasis
  • Presented

In addition to all this, the option to “renew the contract (10 days)” will be available on the match card and as other prizes. As the announcement of Spring Update 2.5.0 for efootball 2023, it will not be just a temporary update but will include many additions, improvements, and changes. Therefore, all game lovers should keep an eye on it because it is unmissable.

The new update will also add a new feature called “Legacy Transfer.” This is a feature that will be added to players that will transfer experience points and bonus skills from one player to another. You will be able to select a player from whom you want to transfer all the experience points and bonus skills, then select “legacy transfer” and choose a player who meets the necessary conditions to inherit those experience points and bonus skills.

  • Legacy carryover requires GP points. The exact amount of GP points corresponds to the player from whom the XP and bonus skills were transferred.
  • Once the process is complete, the player used in the Legacy Transfer will be wiped.
  • Once a genetic player's XP is increased, the increased amount of XP will not carry over.

All other additional features of the upcoming update will be introduced at a later date. As a reminder, Update #2.4 indicated that the eFootball 2023 update will bring with it new features to the gameplay system, which many still believe have not reached the required level. These features and features not disclosed in the announcement may work to improve gameplay as intended.
