Bungie has had a busy year since releasing Destiny Part 1 in September 2014 and Part 2 in 2017, and more is coming next month with the upcoming Destiny 2 Lightfall addition. However, the developer has other things in the works, as creative director Tom Farnsworth pointed out on Twitter.
Creative director Farnsworth showed off an ornate shield filled with medals, each representing Destiny's many additions, and said the studio is also working on "several unannounced projects." This is "supported by Sony," which acquired Bungie last year. Sony was looking to the studio for expertise in creating a service game for the PlayStation platform, especially since Sony plans to release ten direct service games by March 2026.
said the former game director valorant Riot Games' Valorant has found its new home at Bungie. Joe Ziegler was one of two directors working on Valorant, along with David Nottingham, who was also the game's creative director and directed the initial Valorant game.
This Shield is what 11 years at Bungie looks like. Each medal represents one of the 25+ Destiny releases we’ve shipped to millions of players. During that time, we’ve completely changed the way we develop games and do business, moving from strictly packaged products to live service games. pic.twitter.com/XVab4UJmS1

Sony has confirmed the completion of its acquisition of Haven Studio, led by prominent developer Jed Raymon, as the studio is working on a first-class multiplayer game project, even without disclosing it, like that of Bangui Studio.
Developer Bungie's projects are shrouded in mystery, and there have been many rumors about the same, which is a new competitive title. Destiny 2: Lightfall will be released on February 28 for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC.
