The open-world survival game Minecraft continues to introduce many new features to its world, as its fans eagerly await these updates because it charts the future of the Minecraft game through update 1.20.
It's only been a few months since developer Mojang announced update 1.20, and while its release date isn't known yet, we know it's set to bring some beautiful things, exciting additions and discoveries to its fans around the world this year, and we're looking forward to it too.
A player in the ruins of the Minecraft game discovered a new structure, Trail Ruins, which is considered one of the ruins of some ancient civilizations, which were created in random places in the game world related to archaeology or “Minecraft archaeology content” in addition to the new mechanisms that Update 1.20 brought.
After the new update, everything underground became interesting, as Reddit player Nwo5 discovered these ruins after finding a plaque above ground. After that, the player did some digging and showed what it looked like. It turns out that the ancient civilization wasn't particularly familiar with architecture.
The excavated and buried ruins in Minecraft mostly look like a random pile of blocks. But the player not only excavated the rubble, but also restored it inside and out, and it turned out to be a very beautiful tower.
It is mentioned that the archaeology content or the world of archaeology was announced as part of the Caves & Cliffs content update in 2020. But after the update was delayed and split into two parts, the developer announced that it had been frozen at that time, but recently announced that Minecraft archaeology content will arrive in the game with the 1.20 update, which will be released later this year, 2023. But if you want to try out the new content before this date, it has been confirmed that a beta version will be available, a version that will be released very soon.
Minecraft's archaeology content is based on a new block called Shady Sand. Using a new "Brush" tool, you can reveal what's hidden within these blocks. Bonuses can include random items you receive, as well as pottery shards, which can contain many unique patterns. Combine four pieces of your choice and you'll have a stylish bowl with a custom design.
