Developer Sloclap has officially announced the release of the former PlayStation exclusive Sifu on Xbox and Steam. The developer has revealed the release date, as well as the availability of some mods for it on this occasion.

The Sifu game was released last February exclusively and temporarily for PlayStation devices for both generations. And here it is now, after almost a year, it will arrive on Xbox and the Steam platform early next year 2023.

The game is a combat and action game, and is an indie game from the Sloclap studio, where the game has received very positive reviews. The game will be available on the mentioned platforms on the twenty-third of next March and installations for next year.

The launch of the game on new platforms will also introduce a new phase called Arena Mode, which will also be available on other platforms for free. To get a better idea of this phase and what it will offer, you can watch the new presentation below.

Successfully completing Arena mode will gradually unlock a massive new set of mods, significantly doubling the current game’s number and bringing significant alternative moves to the main character’s kung fu board. Completing Arena challenges will also unlock new tricks and unique costumes.

The idea behind the game is also to have players play as a young character seeking revenge in a fictional Chinese city. As the player dies in the game, the character ages until he or she turns 75. Everything the game has to offer so far has dazzled players and is a great opportunity for players on other platforms to try it out.
