After years of development and numerous delays, Atomic Heart will finally be released next month. However, the journey won't stop at launch. There are approximately four additions that will expand the game and provide us with content never before seen. Studio founder and game director Robert Bagratani revealed in a new interview with WCCF Tech that he will be adding new monkey story content.

The director stated that the additional content is his first and final goal: to significantly expand the player experience with new areas, missions, puzzles, and enemies, as well as the characters' stories and the world. The developer plans to significantly expand the open-world areas, as well as new laboratories.

With these additions, the director states that the player will learn more about the world of Atomic Heart and will need to complete new challenges. Robert Bagratoni also confirmed that the entire experience will be single-player only, and unfortunately, the studio has no plans to add any cooperative gameplay or anything similar. All four add-ons are included in the Gold Edition for US$$ 89.99 or the Premium Edition for US$$ 99.99.

Atomic Heart will be released on February 21st for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The title will also be available on Game Pass on day one. The game impresses with its fast-paced gameplay and, incidentally, is based on Unreal Engine 4, demonstrating the studio's excellent use of the engine's hardware.
