It may be hard to imagine that Phil Spencer The Xbox boss has been promoting the monthly PlayStation Plus games via his Twitter account. But that's actually what happened after Sony announced March's upcoming titles for base-bundle subscribers.
It happened when the head of the xbox quote Tweet PlayStation where the free Plus games for next month are announced. Commenting on Microsoft Studios' upcoming Minecraft Dungeons game, which will be among the games next month, he said:
“It’s always exciting to see more people trying out great games like Minecraft Dungeons.”
Spencer apparently didn't do this with the intention of promoting the monthly service's games, as much as he wanted to draw attention to the fact that his games, which are produced by Microsoft and Xbox studios and subsidiaries, are released on other external platforms, including PlayStation platforms in particular.

Of course, the issue is being explored in conjunction with the violent confrontation between Sony and Microsoft due to the latter's attempt to acquire the Call of Duty game developer. While Sony prevents this deal from being successful and loses one of the biggest shooters on its platforms.
Microsoft has confirmed on more than one occasion that Sony is on track to complete the acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Despite the assurances and special offers that have been presented to the Japanese company, it has met them all with outright rejection.
It's worth noting that Sony recently revealed the free PlayStation Plus games for subscribers to the base package, which they should get early next month, March, including Minecraft Dungeons, as well as Code Vein and Battlefield 2042.
