Several reports from various sources have begun to surface about the Call of Duty 2023 game, what it could be and what it will offer. The latest information suggests that the upcoming game will feature maps from MW2, which could indicate a sequel to the aforementioned game.

Insider Gaming was the first to talk about Call of Duty 2023. It said the game would have a story mode and an experimental beta, and included the dates and release date, as discussed in a previous report. But then it got up. Jason Schreyer Bloomberg provided more details about the game.

Jason revealed that he is in a relationship with a group of people close to the next Call of Duty project. He stated that Activision's goal for the new game this year is to make a game that feels like a standalone sequel to Modern Warfare 2.

Maps and modes from Modern Warfare 2 are also set to be ported to Call of Duty 2023. But Schreyer said those he spoke to warned of the possibility of changing the currently scheduled plans by the game's release date next fall, this was also confirmed by Tom Henderson, the reliable source, such news in Tweet precedent.
