Dead Space Remake will be released on next-gen platforms on January 27, 2023. While pre-orders are now available on all platforms.

More about the Dead Space remake:

Unlike the original previous part of the game, the remake version will hear the voice and dialogues of the game's protagonist, the engineer “Isaac”. Isaac Clark. Where the game will contain long dialogues, and he will shout and interact with his voice with his teammates and in the middle of missions, which will make the experience more realistic and authentic.

There will be great immersion and coherence in the game design, with no loading times between regions. Where Isaac will hop on the Ishimura Station tram station to quickly travel between various destinations, such as the cargo area and medical areas, the studio aims to create an immersive and connected environment.

The game will feature narrative changes to the story, and will bring back some features that appeared in the second and third parts of the game. Players can expect smaller-scale changes, with additions coming to the remake for the first time.

Among the improved visuals are rich layers of fine details that will immerse you in the game's atmosphere, such as floating dust particles, fog in some eerie places, lots of blood stains, and more.

As for the zero-gravity zone, in the original Dead Space, the zero-gravity sections allowed Isaac to bounce around platforms using special shoes. In the remix, you’ll have the freedom to float around in a 360-degree angle, which will add even more excitement to the experience. Isaac’s suit now has a rear thruster to aid in locomotion, a useful feature for avoiding the necromorphs in space.

Although it was ahead of its time.. Isaac's digital "hologram" control interface will be sharper than the original, as it will be in real time and maintain immersion, and menu text and icons will be sharper in 4K resolution.
