Since the launch of the new PS Plus service, Sony has developed 3 tiers that players can subscribe to at will, but the highest tier, Premium, may be the right choice for fans of classic games.

Many people rushed to subscribe to the Premium/Deluxe package to gain access to the library of classic games, which will include PlayStation and third-party titles. However, Sony has failed to update the library and bring classic games regularly to the new package.

However, we shouldn't rush to judgment, as it seems that there are still more titles that we expect to arrive in the future to the PS Plus Premium / Deluxe service's library of classic games. Our first clue about the arrival of more is that some of these addresses have been leaked for a while without arriving yet.

In this report, we'll take a quick tour of the classic titles that have leaked onto the monthly service without making it to the time of writing.

All the classic PS Plus games that didn't make it despite being leaked

  1. Siphon Filter: Dark Mirror – Rated age-appropriate in some regions for the first time in 2022. This was followed by the appearance of 'Trophies' online, suggesting a release could be imminent.
  2. Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow – Rated R in some regions for the first time in 2022, alongside the Dark Mirror sequel.
  3. Resistance: Retribution – Age rating in some regions for the first time in May 2022.
  4. Harvest Moon: Back to Nature – Age rating in some regions for the first time in October 2022.
  5. Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness – The game’s remake page has appeared on the Japanese PS Store.
  6. Star Wars Battlefront 2 – Remake of the game has appeared on the Japanese PS Store.
  7. Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny – leaked by Sony
  8. Dino Crisis – leaked twice, once via PlayStation Store.

Given the variable leaks of these games, some of which have been around for months, it's hard to predict when they'll be released. But we're ruling out that they'll all be released at once, and Sony could spread them out over longer periods.

Recently, the PS Plus Premium/Deluxe service has been criticized for the lack of classic titles that Sony promised would separate the package from the lower-tier Extra package. For its part, Sony has promised to work on bringing more classics to the service in the future.
