The Japanese developer spoke Hideo Kojima Recently, about the horror game Abandoned, denying his association with it and mocking the public's response, who believe he is the one behind that game, where he described the subject as annoying.
A few hours after this Kojima situation, the director of the mysterious game returned Hassan Kahraman To appear, where he spoke about that such theories and conspiracies have become a huge burden on the shoulders of the developer, as well as on the anticipating audience. And he returned again to confirm that work on the game continues with full energy.
It is reported that Kojima, through his new podcast, said that followers keep sending him photos of this person named “Hassan” as he described him, while sending him many fake photos of the game. where he said:
Users keep sending me pictures of this person named “Hassan”. They still send me collages and deeply fake pictures, the last one of which was twenty days ago, it’s very annoying.
All these theories and conspiracies stemmed from the wrong behavior of the Blue Box studio and its head Hassan Kahraman to promote the game and their deliberate use of a misleading method that made the public believe that the project is in fact related to developer Kojima and the Silent Hill series.
In any case, the studio head confirmed several times that they or their project had nothing to do with Kojima and that they were an independent team working with limited numbers and capabilities on a very ambitious project. We apologize to everyone for the misunderstanding that the community's beliefs have reached due to wrong marketing and promotion.
Since then, no details about Abandoned have been shared, and the developer has not followed through on its promises to release a separate demo to give a taste of the game experience that it described as unlike any other game.
Despite this, Hassan's appearance in such circumstances, despite its harshness, remains a good indication that the game still exists and that the work continues.
