Blizzard Entertainment's open beta for Diablo 4 will launch next week for players around the world. However, those who pre-ordered the full game will have early access to the beta from March 17 to 19.

Pre-loading will be available for the first private test version for everyone who pre-ordered the game, and its size is 45 GB, which can be increased to 80 GB with high resolution options on PC.

PlayStation and Xbox owners can download the Diablo 4 beta via the in-game menu on their stores. The open beta provides access to the prologue alongside ACT 1, where the first level of action takes place in the Fractured Peaks region. It's an action-packed area with side quests and a few main quests featuring a special boss that will appear at a specific time around the world.

With all these features, the Early Access Open Beta only offers three classes: Barbarian, Rogue, and Sorcerer. Next week's public open beta will get all five, with pre-loading starting March 22.

A report from Bloomberg revealed that the development team is pushing hard to meet this release date, which has raised concerns about the quality of the game at launch, but the beta will tell us all.

Diablo 4 will be fully released on June 6 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC, and Ultimate Edition owners can play the game up to four days early.
