2023 has started with an impressive gameplay, with several notable titles being released one after the other in just the first few months, and Atomic Heart will soon join this illustrious list. It will only be a few days before we get our hands on it and start wiping out the hostile hordes.
The RPG has been Mundfish's flagship project for some time, and now, after a turbulent development cycle and delays, it's finally close to release. But at the same time, the developer doesn't want to delay some players from trying it out, even for a little while. Pre-loading for Atomic Heart has started on Xbox.

Players who plan to play it on launch day right away can download the game now so they can access it as soon as they unlock it on launch day. The game will require approximately 78.66 GB of storage space on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. It's clearly a powerful game and massive in terms of file size.
There's no word yet on when pre-loads will be available on PC and PlayStation platforms, but it's assumed we won't have to wait long until we hear about pre-loads starting on other platforms. Atomic Heart will be released for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4, and PC on February 21. It can reach 4K resolution and 60 frames per second on the current generation of home platforms.
