Fans and hunters of Platinum Cups on PlayStation 5 have met up with a new addition to the grand prize in games, which is the Platinum Trophy mobile through the PS5 update that was recently released. In addition to the Discord voice chat feature.

It seems that the update already has a lot of things that Sony adds silently, and players still discover them by chance, as Sony has finally put the game hours counter that players have always demanded in the interface of the main screen of the operating system.

The PS5's controller interface screen will include the number of hours you've spent playing each game, however, this counter is still inaccurate and doesn't work properly as it seems Sony didn't fix this issue at all from the start and just moved the counter.

The clock appears on the main interface, but a large number of players have complained that it is not correct, which is an issue that PlayStation 5 players have complained about in the past, and it is strange that Sony has not fixed it yet. However, after the update was released, some players confirmed that it was working normally, as explained by player ThisIsXel, as you can see below.

Among the features that the new update has brought to the PS5 is the advantage of updating the DualSense controller remotely. Yes, you don't need to connect the console with a USB cable to the PS5 to update it. Instead, the system will ask you to agree to the update and will automatically update the remote console.

The new update also added a long-awaited feature, which is that you won't need to use an external USB storage device to transfer game save files from the PS4 version to the PS5 version.

Anyway, please share your experience with us after the update is released. Has the issue been resolved and are your game hours being counted normally?
