Rockstar has announced continued support for its beloved child, GTA 5. It will add Ray Tracing Reflections to the game on current-generation devices, or Ray Tracing Reflections, through an update that will be released this month.
It's been almost a decade since GTA 5 was released, and to this day, Rockstar continues to develop the game. The next update is likely the best for the long-running title, as it should make the game more realistic.
In a previous post, players noticed a change in the iFruit app, but it turned out to be a major update. Therefore, the company revealed the details of the new update coming to the game later this month, below:
General improvements:
- You will be able to get your iFruit contacts faster and select them separately.
- Benefactor Terrorbyte can be used to launch sales and tasks in all sessions, including invite-to-friend sessions.
- You can now solo Agatha's Casino missions, which previously required two players.
- Current-generation devices will feature ray-traced reflections on various surfaces, but only in fidelity mode.
Vehicle update:
- Newly purchased vehicles will arrive at your garage faster.
- Weaponized vehicles can now be used in races.
- The bikes will be available in your garage when you call the mechanic.
- Existing home hardware players can access Hao's Special Works without having to complete the entry requirements.
