Sony and PlayStation have announced their new Player Support Program, a program that allows the platform to hire "players" to fully serve the community. It's also interesting that any player can now sign up for the program, as we'll show below.
Months after canceling the Ask PlayStation program, dedicated to supporting players and finding solutions to their online issues, Sony announced a collaboration with customer support company Limitless Technology to recruit players as PlayStation online support agents. The recruitment campaign is being conducted via email.
How to become a PlayStation Customer Support Agent:
- To get started, all you need to do is first click on the link shown above named Learn More.
- After clicking directly, you will be directed to Limitless' customer service page.
- After that, you'll need to pass two assessments consisting of multiple questions. For each question answered, you'll receive a reward of $ 1, and a total reward of $ 10 when you pass the assessment and successfully register.
You'll earn a regular employee salary when you become an agent for Sony Corporation and its gaming service brand. With this collaboration, Sony aims to bring the community closer together, as its emails state:
We've partnered with the folks at Limitless to give you the chance to test your PlayStation knowledge and earn cash for helping other players with their questions.
What do you think of this great program from Sony? We'd like to remind you to check your email, as you may receive correspondence from the company. Or you can visit the company's official link here to try to register.
This is one of the stages of Sony's programs for gamers, and one of them is PS Stars, which now allows you to earn 100 points that help you earn credits or free games, as shown here.
