Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have announced the release date for their highly anticipated game Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty on next-gen and next-gen consoles and PC, which will be March 3, 2023. The game will also be available from day one on Xbox Game Pass.

The game previously didn't have a release date other than it's coming in 2023, but after the demo was released last month, which reflected positive impressions and showed that the game is almost complete, it now has a specific release date.

It was also previously confirmed that Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will receive additional DLC after launch, which will either be a season pass that will be available to purchase separately or you can get it as a bundle with the game in the Digital Deluxe Edition.

The season pass content will consist of 3 “Packs” that will offer a variety of content ranging from story events, enemies, weapons, regions, and more. While the developer has promised to reveal more details about the additional content later after launch.

The demo offers an action-packed experience through a glimpse into the dark world of the Three Kingdoms and the chaotic struggle to save a once-beloved land now infested with demons. Featuring a gameplay demonstration inspired by Chinese martial arts, it showcases strategy and battle speed, while also giving players the chance to experience online multiplayer, character creation and the game’s abilities, including exploration and the importance of morale.

As a bonus, those who complete the Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty demo will receive the special item “Crouching Dragon Helmet,” which can be equipped and used in the main game upon release. A survey has also been made available through the demo to gather player feedback and help further develop the game. Those who participate in the survey will receive an original game history.
