Recently, some players reported an issue related to the Final Fantasy 16 game where it increases the temperature of the device when it is turned on and then the device stops working for some time, and another player also complained about the device after he was playing the Diablo 4 game as he received a message saying that he should reset his PlayStation 5 to factory defaults.

The player shared the message that says:Something went wrong. You must reset your console to factory default settings to continue. Find [موافق] to reset andyour console.” via the Reddit community.

Well, this is a bit scary. Based on the article, it's unclear how this happened, although the player was playing Diablo IV when the issue occurred. It should be noted that this doesn't mean the game itself was the problem, but in fact, no other users online seem to have reported this message. Regardless of the cause of the problem, the user later explained: "Everything is fine now. We had to redownload a few things, but it works."

The player was able to resolve the issue through the PlayStation Plus service, which stored some data via the cloud. But what if he didn't have a Plus subscription, would he have to factory reset the device?
