Microsoft's radio silence regarding its upcoming projects over the past few months has become a major concern for the Xbox fanbase recently, but some indications seem to point to new announcements and reveals from the company in the not-too-distant future.

A report from journalist Jez Corden indicated that there have been rumors that Microsoft is planning an Xbox event in the coming months, and there's another new rumor that now suggests the same thing. Speaking on a recent episode of the Xbox Two Podcast, Xbox insider Rand al Thor claimed that two independent sources told him that Microsoft was making plans for the event in early 2023.

So far, these rumors can't be verified, so there don't seem to be any concrete details out there yet. Recently, shortly after The Game Awards, Aaron Greenberg said that the company plans to show "a lot" for 2023. So far, Microsoft has announced three headline games for this year, with Forza Motorsport set to release in spring 2023, and Redfall and Starfield in the first half of the year.

Microsoft has a number of games that are confirmed to be in development and that haven't received any major news or any news at all. This list is not short because we have Fable, Avoed, Perfect Dark, Contraband, Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 and many more. We'll only hear more about any of these games in the near future.
