We'll have some news on Redfall soon, with the developers officially confirming that the promising Xbox exclusive will be part of Developer_Direct on January 25th. Microsoft previously said the game is due to launch in the first half of 2023, and while the release date teased in the demo is expected to be announced later this month, those details appear to have surfaced online prematurely.

Recent leaks have claimed that Redfall is targeting an early May release, and now more leakers seem to be confirming this. This comes according to a leaker on Twitter, the same Spanish leaker who previously leaked some information about Kojima Productions' projects.

The leaker indicated the exact release date of Redfall as May 2, which was also confirmed by Xbox insider Brad Sams. Sams confirmed it by tweeting a few emojis on Twitter.

In addition to Redfall, Microsoft will also be bringing major stories from Forza Motorsport and Minecraft Legends to Developer Direct, while a standalone Starfield show is also in the works. The event will be approximately 45 minutes long, which indicates that we're in for a pretty focused show.

As for Elder Scrolls Online, there will be a completely special offer immediately after the end of the Developer_Direct offer resulting from the collaboration between Microsoft and Bethesda. Our expectations for the event in general are very high and we hope to reveal the release dates of the desired titles.
