Meanwhile, Capcom is preparing to hold the Resident Evil Showcase event, which is expected to take place this month, October, but has not yet revealed a specific date. This event will be dedicated to covering the latest updates on Resident Evil Village Gold Edition and the Resident Evil 4 remake.
The Gold Edition will be released on October 28th, which will include 3 additional items, while it can be purchased separately as part of the Winters' Expansion pack that will be available on the same date.
The gold version will include the game's third-person perspective complete with additional content, as well as the Shadows of Rose content that will see us control Ethan Rose's daughter and embark on a new adventure to explore Rose's supernatural powers.
It will also include the new Additional Orders mode, which will bring new playable characters such as Chris Redfield, Heisenberg, and Mrs. Dimitrescu.
As for the Resident Evil 4 Remake game, it should be released on new generation platforms, with a copy for PlayStation 4 and PC on March 24 of next year, 2023.
