Phantom Blade Zero has received a new, lengthy review featuring over 12 minutes of gameplay, through which we can learn about the nature of the game's missions, combat style, gameplay environments, and much more.

Upcoming PS5-exclusive RPG Phantom Blade Zero will break with the traditions of SoulSlake games, as developer S-GAME has confirmed that the title aims to differentiate itself from that type of game.

The developer also confirmed that the goal of the game has always been to provide combat supported by an exciting narrative, while inspiration has been given to things like maps that offer multiple approaches and secret locations. Another thing the development team confirmed is that the game will offer multiple difficulty options, and enemies will not respawn after death when leaving their lands and returning to them again, or even after interacting with them in different points of the map.

The Playstation Access channel recently revealed a new and lengthy gameplay analysis as seen above, through which we get a deeper look at the gameplay, assault combat, the shape of the game's different environments and much more.

We would like to point out that the game is not exclusive to PS5 and will be coming to PC. Furthermore, the long-awaited beta version of the game is not yet ready for release and, when it is, it will come in single-player mode without the need for an internet connection, as the developer frankly admits that it has noticed frame rate issues and various malfunctions in the existing gameplay structure.
