With just over a month to go until the release of Resident Evil 4 Remake, and as we get closer to the game's release, its developers are sharing some information about the title. The team was so faithful to the original game that they were about to create a custom arm for it, as they had done with the original.

The original game got a custom controller inspired by the Sawman gun, but according to GamesRadar, the site Game Informer recently spoke with Yasuhiro Ampo Official and Producer of Resident Evil 4 Remake Yoshiaki Hirabayashi About a lot of things, including the chainsaw control unit. Hirabayashi said:

We wanted to make one, but we really put all our effort into developing the game itself. Maybe we can look into that at another time if there's a chance.

Even if they're not working on one, perhaps there's some hope for a new one, and below you can see the console dedicated to the original version.

Capcom designed two controllers for the original PlayStation 2 version of the game, and we'd buy one for the PlayStation 5 remake.

The game's developers have also stated that the upcoming remake will maintain the original game's roots with some new additions. It will be released on PlayStation 4, 5, PC, and Xbox Series on March 24.

We remind our followers that we wrote an article about the 5 most important things we don't want to see in the next remix, you can check it out here.

Anyway, would you like to see a custom arm in your Saw Monster design for the arms of existing machines?
