It seems that Elden Ring developer From Software is currently working on a plan that will make it self-sufficient in game publishing. The latest financial reports have proven this after managing to get its aforementioned game to record sales numbers.

Elden Ring, which was released earlier this year, has arguably become the highest-rated game of this year. It has received a rating of 96 out of 100, based on numerous reviews from all international websites. On the other hand, its developer studio From Software is now researching a mechanism for its transformation to self-publish its upcoming games.

I also attached one of the sources via TwitterThe studio's latest financial reports revealed a record increase in sales for the game Elden Ring. The studio has also begun developing strategic plans for the development of its next game, including a transition into game publishing. This means that the studio will no longer be forced to share its profits with any other publisher, such as Bandai Namco.

On the other hand, in order for the studio to publish the games, it will have to take big risks and make more plans in the development process. Add to that, of course, the high cost of development, printing, and manufacturing, among others, but reaching such a dangerous decision certainly grew intense and careful for the team.

For those who don't know, the studio specializes in delivering popular and challenging games, for example we have the Dark Souls series. There are also other games like Sekiro Shadow Die Twice and others.

As of now, the studio hasn't revealed its next project, but there are rumors that a project is in the early stages of development. Do you think the studio will succeed in publishing games?
