Wild Hearts has delighted a large number of players since it was revealed by EA and Koei Tecmo, and with each new trailer the game has looked more and more like a worthy competitor to the incomparable Monster Hunter. Now, more new details about the upcoming action RPG have emerged ahead of its release, which fans will be happy to hear.
On the game's community Reddit, Wild Hearts executive producer Lewis Harvey confirmed in an AMA that the game will not feature any financial transactions and that all content coming to the game after launch will be free. And what exactly will follow from that? While the exact details have yet to be revealed, Harvey says that the plan is to add more monsters to the game after launch.
Speaking of Kemono (the name of the game's monsters), Harvey also revealed that the game will have 20 of them in the roster at launch, and not all of them will be revealed before the game is revealed. Meanwhile, in the same AMA, it was also confirmed that Wild Hearts will feature graphics modes for performance and quality on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
Wild Hearts will be released on February 17 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Marking the game's release in a few weeks, EA Play and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will have access to a limited-time trial on February 13.
