NFS Unbound has a new gameplay preview in preparation for its release next month. The demo gives us a deeper look at the game's beginning, the racing system, and more.
The trailer is a montage of moments that provides the most in-depth look we've seen yet. And yes, NFS Unbound's new animation effects are on full display during the show.
As we can see above, we see in the new Need for Speed Unbound how speed racing is presented in general. The featured car is a customized Mercedes 190 E with black and white paintwork.
Before the race begins, a competitor can be selected and players bet on their ability to beat their opponent during the race. We noticed that the player benefits from many jumps, which see cartoonish wings emerging from the sides of the car. Drifts also feature animated smoke coming out of the tires, while rapid acceleration causes the lights to go out.
You can remove all the effects you see above if you don't like them. Please note that the game will be released on December 2nd for current platforms and PC devices only.
We note that the game will support Haptic Feedback technology for the DualSense handle, as well as provide 4K clarity and work at 60 frames/s and, unfortunately, will not support Adaptive Triggers. You can follow more about the game here.
What do you think of the latest deals for the game, will you be putting it on your shopping list for next month?
