It seems that Microsoft is finally thinking about bringing in one of Sony's beautiful ideas, which is the touchscreen on the joysticks. One of the sources says that Xbox consoles will receive controllers with the feature we mentioned very soon.
According to Game News, a source close to Microsoft has claimed to be working internally on a new Xbox arm with a touchscreen and also another feature, which is sensory feedback, which is the same as the PlayStation 5's DualSense arm.
It is also said that a patent was recently discovered for a new Xbox controller with an LCD screen. Because of these leaks, it is safe to say that there is a new gamepad out there that is already in the active development phase.
The current generation of gamers wondered why there was no innovative idea from Microsoft in the arms of their devices. While all the possible functionalities of the company were invested in their device instead of the arms, and this comes in contrast to what Sony did with the PlayStation 5 devices, which weighed between itself and its arm in ideas and came with a new design different from the previous generation and more innovative features.
Do you think we can actually see a new controller for the Xbox Sirius with great specs very soon? Will the company come up with more ideas or will it just copy the features of the DualSense arm and transfer them to the new controller, which is rumored to be in the works!
