Elden Ring deservedly won the Game of the Year title at The Game Awards 2022, beating out many other powerful and competitive titles.
This wonderful title was not yet satisfied with its achievements on a financial and technical level either, as the game from FromSoftware studio won a new title that was awarded to it by the British magazine Empire specializing in cinematography, and the game Elden Ring topped the list of the 20 best games according to the editors. The odd thing about this long list is the complete absence of The Last of Us Part 1, and Immortality beat out its strongest competitor, God of War: Ragnarok, to take second place, and Ragnarok to take third.
